Cyprus Visa for Passport Holder residing in United States

Our Cyprus visa service is for US residents only (Green Card or any US visa except B1/B2). All others should apply at the Embassy of Cyprus in

- Filled out, signed, notarized Cyrpus visa application form

- Certified check or Money Order for $120 (includes the Consulate fee and service fee)

- Proof of applicant???s US permanent residency or valid US visa valid for at least six months beyond the period of intended stay.

- Copy of itinerary or evidence of travel arrangements. A return or onward ticket has to be submitted.

- Prior Hotel Reservation faxed by the Hotel Manager (submit confirmation of payment for accommodation in Cyprus, deposit is sufficient)

- If visiting for business - an official letter of invitation from a Cyprus company.

- Letter from the applicant explaining the reasons for visiting Cyprus.

- Prepaid, self-addressed return mailer or additional $15 for the return shipping

- Recent Bank Statement.

- Recent (less than one month old) official letter from employer addressed to the Cyprus Consulate with proof of wages/salary. If self employed: a letter from the solicitor, the accountant of the bank manager of the applicant. If student an original letter from the school or University addressed to the Cyprus Consulate confirming status/ attendance and duration of the course.

- An all risk medical insurance policy (of at least $37.000 coverage) covering the whole duration of the stay.

- If visiting friends: a letter of invitation from the friends with their address, phone number and occupation in Cyprus; a certified assumption of responsibility form; income statement of host sponsor for at least the last three months (Proof of income has to be original document); Photocopy of sponsor???s passport/citizenship or residence permit; a copy of sponsor???s tenancy agreement or excerpt from the land register has to be submitted.

Holders of diplomatic, service or other official passports; civilian air and sea crews; flight crews and attendants on emergency or rescue flights and other helpers in the event of disaster or accident; civilian crews of ships navigating in international waters; holders of laissez-passer issued by the United Nations to their officials; School pupils having the nationality of a third country listed in ANNEX I who reside in a third country listed in Annex II and are traveling in the context of a school excursion as members of a group of pupils accompanied by a teacher from the school in question; persons who are in possession of work permit issued by the Migration Officer; persons who possess permanent or temporary residence permit issued by the Migration Officer; persons who posses study permit do not need a visa to Cyprus.
